Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra

The Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra builds heavily on advanced AI, enhanced cooling, and a thinner design than its predecessors. Its defining feature is a world-first built-in Privacy Display alongside a highly upgraded f/1.4 aperture main camera.

Design & Display

• Form Factor: At 7.9 mm thick and 214 grams, it is the slimmest Ultra model Samsung has released, built with a refined glass camera island and an Armor Aluminum frame.
• Screen: Features a massive 6.9-inch QHD+ Dynamic LTPO AMOLED 2X panel (1440 x 3120 pixels) running at a smooth 120Hz with a peak brightness of 2,600 nits.
• Privacy Display: A unique hardware-level privacy feature that lets users narrow the viewing angle via settings so onlookers cannot read sensitive on-screen content.
• Protection: Shielded by Corning Gorilla Armor 2 glass to minimize reflections and increase scratch resistance.

Performance & Battery

• Processor: Powered by the customized Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy chipset built on a 3nm process, giving a 39% NPU boost and 24% graphics jump.
• Thermals: Packed with Samsung's largest ever upgraded Vapor Chamber cooling assembly to dissipate heat 21% more efficiently during intense gaming or AI workflows.
• Battery & Power: Employs a 5,000 mAh battery paired with Super Fast Charging 3.0, allowing a 60W wired charge to reach up to 75% power in 30 minutes. It also supports 25W wireless charging.

Pro-Grade Cameras

• 200MP Wide Main Lens: Features a wider f/1.4 aperture that allows up to 47% better light absorption for highly sharp low-light Nightography video and photo textures.
• Secondary Sensors: Backed by an upgraded 50MP periscope telephoto lens (5x optical zoom), a 10MP telephoto lens (3x zoom), and a 50MP ultra-wide lens.
• Software Optimization: Utilizes a ProVisual Engine and an AI ISP (Image Signal Processor) on the front 12MP camera for highly natural skin tones and background real-time upscaling.

Galaxy AI Ecosystem

• Now Suite: Includes Now Nudge for context-aware auto-fills, Now Bar for shortcuts, and Now Brief for immediate daily highlights.
• Creative Tools: Creative Studio enables text-to-image/emoji generations and photo voice edits without physical markup tools.
• Agentic Actions: Supports an early-phase automated app action via Gemini that can build shopping carts or call rides entirely in the background via voice commands.
